The tools I use include movement, static poses, breathing techniques, meditation, and sometimes chanting and reading.


An experiential approach

The model I work with is educational and experiential. We practice together in one-on-one sessions, then you practice alone, and based on your experience, we find the best approach for you. You don’t need to have physical strength, flexibility, or prior knowledge about yoga to get the benefits of Yoga Therapy.
